Protein Porridge Oats

A great way to start your morning off right by adding protein into your breakfast oats. Each serve will give you 15g of protein more if you add nut toppings!

Ingredients: For 2 Servings

1 Cup Porridge Oats
1 1/2 Cups your favorite milk
2 Tablespoons Evo+ Protein Powder

Optional:
Toppings of your choice - Nuts, Seeds, Banana, Berries, Peanut Butter
Sweetener of your choice - Honey or Maple Syrup are great options

Method:

1. Add oats, milk and protein powder to a pan, and stir to combine everything evenly.
2. Cook the porridge on medium heat for a few minutes, until it thickens to your liking. Stir occasionally.
3. When the porridge has reached the consistency that you like, remove it from the heat. Serve in a bowl with your favourite toppings
