Rose & Ginger Dark Chocolate with Reishi, Astralagus and Cordyceps.

Delicious, tasty chocolate treat recipe. These chocolates are enhanced with a combination of functional mushrooms and tonic herbs to help support general health and wellbeing. Give them a try.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup cacao paste
1/4 cup cacao butter
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp dried ginger
2 drops rose essential oil
1 tsp of Astragalus
1/3 tsp of Reishi & Cordyceps
Pinch of sea salt
2 tbsp dried rose petals
 
DIRECTIONS
1. Melt cacao liquor and cacao butter in a double boiler. 
2. Stir in the remaining ingredients. 
3. Add a few rose petals to each of your chocolate mould, then pour chocolate in to each mould.
4. Place chocolates in the fridge or freezer until solid.
